What is a media server? This device stores and manages all your digital media such as music, videos, movies and pictures. It can also record and playback up to 100 hours of live TV! Integrate your media server with our home automation system for absolute total control and convenience.

Media servers are a key component of today's digital home. It should be located with the other audio-visual equipment in your living room or home theater. Although a media server has the power of a high-end computer, it must run silently so that you are not disturbed when reading or relaxing in the same room. A media server cannot look like a computer with a typical beige coloured box. It must blend in with the other components in your home theater setup. These two factors are critical, especially with regard to the so-called "spouse acceptance factor".

MIRV allows you to store your movies and music for playback supporting up to 20 independent simultaneous zones.
